On looting...

I was thinking about the reporting on 'looting' by black Americans during the Hurricanes and the 'finding' of whites. I was remembering the comments by typically more right wing bloggers and I thought of this quote:

It's opportunism at it's worse, it's a bunch of people grabbing any excuse they can find to go and loot a store, nothing more. The fact that these people ripped off the stores in their own communities all that reflects is the degree in which these people have absolutely no respect for the law at all and certainly no concept of community or civic responsibility.

Anyone know where that is from?? (Without doing what I did and googling it?)
