Hey, TTC! Get on this wagon now!

To find out how to get to a new location in Toronto, I ALWAYS have to search on Mapquest to find WHERE the location I am looking for is on a map, then go to our TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) site to look at a transit map. Then I have to compare the two until I figure out where I am supposed to be looking. After the comparison I have to figure out which buses, streetcars or subways go to that area and THEN try and see what the best route is at the time I am going. This also necessitates going to each piece of transportation's separate information page to see times it leaves, exact route etc.

AARGH!!

So anyway.. Google just started testing, (in Portland, Oregon only) a Transit tool you can check out here. I would welcome anything that helps out in this way..whether I sound like a Google evangelist or not...
