computer died

My internet connection died for over a week but is finally up and running!

I have a blog template question for those of you in the know: How can I change my template to allow the Title field to show up? I ask this question keeping 2 things in mind. 1 - I did go and turn Title's ON in my settings and 2 - I don't want to import a different template. I would like to stick with the same one.
