Here's a better sudoku site than the web sudoku one you posted.
Fiendish Sudoku has new puzzles every day at five difficulty levels, and it can provide hints and step-by-step solutions (which web sudoku can't). It also uses hand-design puzzle layouts, not the random computer-generated layouts that web sudoku uses.
Worth a look!
