Since I filled you all in on every step leading up to what is contained in this post, I almost don't know why I never blogged about the last one.
I am now an official Canadian citizen! I was sworn in on Thursday, January 26th at 11am.
The story about the cabbie that was killed this week just before his swearing in date, (due to two guys racing their cars in Toronto) added a certain poignant touch that most people commented on when I told them about my accomplishment.

lol we are both geeks... I just got one... and I can't even tell you why I got it.. (it was VERY cheap - like under $5.00. Although, free is ok too.
