Just got home from Retro-80's night at a club downtown.

I've been to one EBM night (Darkrave, Synthpop sort of stuff) and saw the goths and sort of goths and those like me, (I'm being shallow and differentiating by dress alone)
dancing etc. But, really those people dressed more preppy didn't go on the floor or get into it or really even come out to the show.
80's night however is the one night Goths and preps get together and have a grand ol' time. Girls in 6 inch black heeled boots and fishnets with guys in long robes dancing beside leg warmer, off-the-shoulder sweater girls. Fun Fun Fun.
